One platform for the paperwork, the parcels and the people

We are building an end-to-end operations optimization platform for maritime shipping, logistics and last-mile delivery. It is designed to plug into the supply chain software you already run. The capabilities below are planned and in development.

What is Adenine Core Systems building?

An operations platform for maritime shipping, logistics and last-mile delivery that helps teams handle shipping and customs documents, track door-to-door deliveries, manage high-volume shipping communications, manage crewing records and compliance, and plan cruise guest operations. It is designed to integrate with existing supply chain software. It is in development.

How the platform is designed to work

From mixed inputs to checked records, with a person signing off where it matters. See the planned architecture diagram on the home page.

Logistics documentation and compliance

Stop re-typing the same shipment twice.

Maritime trade runs on paper that has to agree with itself: bills of lading, cargo manifests, port clearance paperwork, customs declarations. We are building tools to ingest, extract and verify them.

  1. IngestDocuments as they arrive, as PDFs, scans or attachments.
  2. ExtractKey fields (parties, cargo, quantities, dates, references) into structured data.
  3. VerifyCheck against other documents in the same shipment and against rule checks. Flag mismatches and missing items.
  4. ReviewA prepared, flagged draft for a named person to review and approve.

Regulatory documents run to many pages. We plan to use AI models with a large context window, so a long document can be read as a whole instead of in disconnected pieces.

Human sign-off: anything with compliance consequences is presented as a prepared, flagged draft. The software does not file or decide on your behalf.

Goal: Fewer manual data-entry errors and fewer delays caused by paperwork problems found too late.

Intelligent door-to-door delivery tracking

From messy notes to a clear status.

Delivery information is rarely tidy: free-text delivery notes, addresses written in many formats, and courier updates in different styles. We are building tools to turn them into one clear status.

  1. ParseUnstructured delivery notes, address formats and courier updates into structured data.
  2. Analyze routesSpot problems in how a delivery is planned.
  3. InformKeep end customers informed with status updates they can understand.
  4. Handle exceptionsWhen a delay or sorting error appears, flag it and route it to the right person early.

Goal: Prevent costly last-mile delays and give logistics managers one place to see what is going wrong.

Voyage and fleet communications

Your inbox is not a workflow.

Operations teams live in email: port agent updates, courier notifications, carrier messages, all day. We are building tools to cut that stream down to what needs action.

  1. Organize and summarizeHigh-volume emails and updates.
  2. Extract actionsA changed berth time, a missing document, a held container, so they are not buried.
  3. Flag bottlenecksShipments at risk, before they turn into delay costs.

Goal: A short list of what needs a decision today, with the source message one click away.

Crewing & Guest Operations

Keep the people, the paperwork and the supply line in step.

We are building tools to manage seafarer crewing records, certifications and regulatory compliance for manning agencies and ship operators. For cruise lines, we are building tools to analyze schedules, vendor logistics and guest feedback trends, to optimize onboard resource allocation and shore-side supply chain coordination.

  1. Keep recordsSeafarer crewing records and certifications in one organized place.
  2. Check compliancePrepare regulatory compliance checks for a person to review and approve.
  3. Analyze schedules (cruise)Help allocate onboard resources.
  4. Coordinate and listen (cruise)Link vendor logistics to onboard needs, and read guest feedback trends to show where service should shift.

Goal: Organized crewing records for manning agencies and ship operators, better use of onboard resources, and smoother shore-side coordination for cruise lines.

Engineering approach

Designed to sit alongside your systems, with fixed rules at the core and a unified view on top.

  • rules

    Deterministic rules

Checks, calculations and records are designed to follow fixed rules, so the same input gives the same result.

  • audit

    Audit trail

Every step is designed to be traceable and auditable.

  • review

    Human in the loop

The software is designed to prepare and flag. A named person will review and approve anything with compliance consequences.

  • ai

    AI where it helps

AI is planned for reading, extracting and summarizing messy text. Planned AI features are to be built on Claude, Anthropic's AI model.

  • integrate

    Fits your stack

Designed to connect to the supply chain software you already run, so you will not need a rip-and-replace.

  • privacy

    Data privacy

This website uses no analytics, cookies or forms. We plan to design data handling with the Philippine Data Privacy Act in mind.

What this is not (yet)

We have no live customers yet, and the platform is not available for purchase. We would rather say that plainly than overstate it.

Help shape it

We are looking for operations teams who will tell us what is wrong with today's workflow and try early versions.
